About the Role

You will manage daily site operations and staffing, ensure compliance with safety procedures, coach and evaluate employees, and execute operating procedures. You will monitor system performance and KPIs, investigate accidents, develop problem-response processes, and communicate operational status with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of management and operations manufacturing experience or related experience.
Knowledge of automation, warehousing, and business processes.
Leadership skills for motivating cross-functional or cross-facility groups.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily compliance with OSHA, customer, and safety processes and procedures.
Manage hourly and salaried employees supporting operating hours.
Execute standard operating procedures and adjust to changing business conditions.
Ensure staffing, training, development, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Coach personnel to respond effectively to system issues.
Develop standards, processes, procedures, and documentation for specific problems.
Monitor system performance, report problem trends, and present solutions.
Provide KPI reporting based on contractual agreements.
Conduct accident investigations and document findings.
