SEO and Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role
You will conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities, plan and write SEO-optimized blog articles, and publish them using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and WordPress. You will improve on-page SEO and user experience on key pages, support PR and external publications, prepare marketing reports and research documents, collaborate with designers and developers on content assets, and help launch and support multi-channel marketing campaigns including events and competitions.
Requirements
- Strong copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Ability to write clearly in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with performance metrics (organic search sessions, traffic value, top-10 keyword rankings, domain rating, referring domains, backlinks)
- Ability to write structured, expert-level content for technical audiences
- Understanding of search intent and SERP dynamics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Interest in cybersecurity, Web3, or tech industries (nice to have)
- Experience working with AI tools (nice to have)
- Experience with PR outreach or link-building strategies (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities for the HackenProof blog
- Plan, write, and publish SEO-optimized blog articles using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and WordPress
- Identify topics that drive organic traffic and new audience acquisition
- Improve the website’s visibility in traditional search engines and AI-powered search systems
- Improve on-page SEO elements and user experience on key website pages
- Support creation of PR articles and external publications to strengthen visibility and backlink profile
- Prepare marketing reports, research documents, and internal materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team on banners, content assets, and campaign-related materials
- Launch and support marketing campaigns across channels including events, conferences, and CTF competitions
