About the Role
You will build Windows-native desktop systems for screen capture, auditing, analytics, and workflow insights. You will enhance compliance and QA processes with rules-based capture systems, support PII and PCI redaction, and own architectural decisions for complex client-side systems. You will improve platform capabilities and customer-facing deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience building native Windows desktop applications and using OS-level APIs such as Win32
- Experience implementing screen-capture and recording systems
- Experience with video and audio pipelines, performance optimization, and multi-monitor or window capture
- Low-level systems programming expertise in concurrency, memory management, and IPC
- Ability to design and own complex client-side systems
- 6+ years of software engineering experience and technical ownership
- Experience with WebRTC, Chromium, or Electron is a plus

- Identify product improvement opportunities
- Apply engineering best practices
- Provide technical ownership for product and platform areas
- Build rules-based screen-capturing systems for compliance and QA
- Support PII and PCI redaction using desktop and browser activity triggers
