About the Role
You will design and build infrastructure for production AI agent systems. You will develop Rust services for inference, orchestration, and execution; architect scalable systems; build ML infrastructure and MLOps patterns; implement observability and guardrails; and optimize latency, throughput, and cost.
Requirements
- 5+ years building and operating high-scale production systems
- Rust proficiency
- Systems programming
- Distributed systems knowledge

- Experience with high-throughput workloads
- ML infrastructure, model serving, or MLOps experience
- Observability, monitoring, and failure recovery experience
Responsibilities
- Design and build infrastructure for production AI agent systems
- Develop high-performance Rust services for inference, orchestration, and execution
- Architect scalable systems for high request throughput
- Build ML infrastructure and MLOps patterns for deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
- Define guardrails, observability, and failure handling
- Optimize latency, throughput, and cost
- Translate experimental prototypes into production systems
- Contribute to foundational infrastructure decisions
