About the Role
You will lead the architecture, development, and optimization of responsive, high-performance Web3 interfaces. You will build and maintain user-friendly decentralized applications, collaborate with designers on polished UI and UX, and manage frontend delivery from design handoff through production deployment. You will review code, mentor junior developers, help shape technical strategy, and promote strong performance, security, state-management, and code-quality practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional frontend development experience
- 2+ years of experience building Web3 or blockchain decentralized applications
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS or a similar modern stack
- Understanding of wallet connections and transaction flows
- Familiarity with Storybook
- Familiarity with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-4626 token standards
- Familiarity with EVM or Cosmos SDK ecosystems
- Understanding of frontend performance, state management, and code quality
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup-style environment
