About the Role
You will design end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile. You will create user flows, customer journey maps, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts. You will produce high-quality UI layouts, interaction states, and responsive designs, write texts as part of designs, and own work from discovery through developer hand-off and post-release improvements. You will support landing pages and release communications, collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers, participate in design reviews, and influence product decisions through user-centered reasoning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on digital products
- Strong experience designing web and mobile applications
- Proven ability to independently own design from concept to release
- Strong skills in UX, UI, interaction design, and prototyping
- Experience creating customer journey maps, user maps, and user flows
- Ability to work with text as part of design
- Experience supporting launches and working with landing pages
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional teams
- English level B2/C1
- Experience with data-heavy or transactional interfaces (nice to have)
- Experience in fintech or Web3 products (nice to have)
- Experience contributing to or building design systems (nice to have)
- Experience working remotely (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Design user flows and interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create intuitive and scalable UX for complex product scenarios
- Own design from early discovery to developer hand-off and post-release improvements
- Produce high-quality UI layouts, interaction states, and responsive designs
- Create and maintain customer journey maps and user flows
- Build interactive prototypes to validate concepts and flows
- Support product discovery and decision-making with UX artefacts
- Support landing pages for product releases
- Create designs and texts for internal presentations
- Ensure consistency between product design and release communication materials
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers
- Influence product decisions through UX reasoning and user-centered thinking
