About the Role

The Senior Treasury Analyst will help build Crusoe's Treasury function by analyzing complex data, producing liquidity forecasts, supporting banking and investment systems, monitoring debt covenant compliance, strengthening internal controls, and providing analytical support for strategic initiatives. The role includes fund research, management reporting, cash management, and high-value transactions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills
  • Expertise in Excel financial modeling
  • Strong command of financial theory, including capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, and company valuations
  • Experience in debt capital markets, strategic finance, investment management, and interest rate derivatives or hedging
  • Working knowledge of foreign exchange markets and hedging mechanics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Source and analyze complex data sets to build liquidity forecasts
  • Support the development of banking and investment systems
  • Develop and report on lender debt covenant compliance
  • Monitor and refine internal control procedures
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives
  • Research funds and monitor the investment policy framework
  • Create reporting packages and ad hoc analyses using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Support cash management activities and high-value transactions
