About the Role
You will support daily transfer agency operations and ensure accurate service delivery. You will prepare client reporting liaise with stakeholders support testing and system enhancements monitor risk and controls assist with audits and regulatory reviews and mentor colleagues on complex operational matters.
Requirements
- Previous experience in transfer agency investment operations fund administration or financial services operations.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Understanding of transfer agency processes including investor servicing registrations cash processing and dealing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Exposure to risk management controls or financial services regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily running of transfer agency operations.
- Execute day-to-day operational activities accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver services in line with service standards KPIs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and complete accurate client reporting.
- Resolve queries with internal stakeholders clients and operational teams.
- Support system enhancements user acceptance testing and quality control.
- Implement operational improvements and technology solutions.
- Identify escalate investigate and report operational errors.
- Monitor KPIs and KRIs and strengthen controls.
- Support audits client visits and regulatory reviews.
- Maintain operational controls to reduce errors and mitigate risk.
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and regulatory obligations.
- Provide mentoring peer review and escalation support for complex matters.
