About the Role
You will design scalable AI architectures that help robots reason, make autonomous decisions, manage goals, and complete household tasks. You will orchestrate LLMs and ML models, build environmental-memory systems and decision frameworks, and integrate behavior systems into robot operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience for Senior level or 10+ years for Staff level developing conversational AI, NPC behaviors, or system architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, AI, or a related technical field
- System programming and software design experience
Responsibilities
- Build an orchestration framework for multiple LLMs
- Build systems to extract, store, and index environmental and personal details
- Build decision-making frameworks for autonomous behavior
- Integrate behavior systems into real-world robot operation
- Improve behavior realism, robustness, and adaptability
- Establish engineering practices for behavior development
