About the Role
You will lead end-to-end enterprise AI deployments across scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and dependencies. You will coordinate technical delivery, manage customer stakeholders and partners, establish delivery governance, and mentor junior technical program managers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services, or customer implementations
- Experience leading complex enterprise deployments involving integrations and cross-functional teams
- Technical credibility discussing integrations, APIs, infrastructure dependencies, and implementation trade-offs
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members or establishing delivery processes and governance standards
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies
- Lead implementations from SOW kickoff through design, integration, UAT, production go-live, and hypercare
- Drive execution across cross-functional delivery teams
- Maintain project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, change requests, and escalations
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for enterprise customer stakeholders
- Translate business objectives into implementation plans
- Lead governance meetings, executive updates, steering committees, UAT reviews, and go-live readiness discussions
- Coordinate integrations, infrastructure, environments, testing, and deployment readiness
- Support pre-sales delivery scoping, resource estimation, SOW reviews, and risk assessment
- Manage co-delivery with external implementation partners
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
- Ensure compliance, security, and data-governance requirements are incorporated into delivery planning
- Mentor junior TPMs and establish scalable delivery practices
