About the Role
You will lead end-to-end product development programs and create plans that clarify scope, timelines, ownership, and launch readiness. You will align product, engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success stakeholders; manage risks and dependencies; and improve program execution using metrics and operating cadences.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8–10+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience delivering complex product programs from concept to launch in SaaS environments
- Technical background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and agents
- Understanding of software product development, API design, data systems, and integration patterns
- Ability to structure multi-quarter programs with measurable outcomes
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity, anticipate risks, and build cross-functional alignment
Responsibilities
- Lead product development programs from ideation through launch
- Build and maintain program plans covering scope, timelines, and ownership
- Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with go-to-market and Customer Success teams on rollout readiness and customer adoption
- Align Product, Design, and Engineering priorities and unblock delivery
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies
- Track execution health through velocity, quality, and adoption metrics
- Manage programs for product launches, platform enhancements, and customer-facing capabilities
- Define requirements, success metrics, and launch criteria with Product Managers and Engineering
- Improve program cadences, postmortems, predictability, and accountability
