About the Role
You will partner closely with engineers to shape solutions from concept through production. You will prioritize user outcomes, structure ambiguous problems, define product direction, guide roadmap decisions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and improve developer workflows. You will also align engineering, design, go-to-market, and senior stakeholders around clear decisions and measurable results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical product management
- Strong technical background for engaging deeply with engineering topics
- Hands-on experience with APIs systems and integrations
- Proven experience delivering products with engineering teams
- Ability to understand system design and operational behavior
- Ability to engage in technical discussions challenge assumptions and evaluate trade-offs
- Willingness to review flows investigate issues and clarify implementation approaches
- Ownership from problem definition through outcome
- Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Structured thinking with a bias toward action
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build alignment and drive decisions
- Exposure to identity or distributed systems is a plus
- Experience in fast-paced product-led environments is a plus
