You will define interfaces and communication frameworks, contribute C++ and Python code, review code quality, guide engineers, debug system performance, integrate robotic subsystems, and maintain release pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field
- Extensive experience developing high-performance software in modern C++
- Python programming skills for tooling, infrastructure, or automation
- Understanding of Linux systems, real-time environments, and system-level debugging
- Experience leading or mentoring technical software engineering teams
- Experience designing large modular software architectures
- Knowledge of networking, distributed systems, and inter-process communication
- Experience integrating software with robotics, embedded, or real-time control hardware
- Experience designing communication frameworks for robotics or distributed control systems
- Understanding of time synchronization, deterministic communication, and real-time data flows
- Experience debugging kernel-level timing issues and system-level performance bottlenecks
- Experience with real-time constraints, lock-free programming, or high-performance concurrency models
- Experience reviewing complex codebases and maintaining engineering quality standards
- English communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the software architecture function for system infrastructure, software architecture, and embedded firmware
- Define and evolve large-scale robotics software architecture
- Design and maintain communication frameworks across the robotics software stack
- Define interfaces between high-level software, embedded firmware, and hardware
- Architect distributed systems across robotic compute units
- Guide architecture for real-time Linux-based robotics software
- Provide hands-on C++ and Python technical leadership
- Review merge requests and enforce code quality, coding standards, and design principles
- Lead embedded-firmware architecture and integration
- Support perception, motion control, sensor, and distributed-compute subsystem integration
- Drive system-level debugging and performance analysis
- Create and maintain CI/CD release pipelines
- Mentor and technically guide engineers
Benefits
- Corporate benefits covering health, mobility, and learning
- Free drinks and fruit
- Regular company events
