About the Role

You will build and manage a global corporate tax structure covering multiple regions. You will review financial statements and tax returns, monitor legal compliance and filing deadlines, manage regulatory tax cases and audits, advise on domestic and cross-border transactions, develop tax-efficient alternatives, mitigate tax risks, monitor changes in tax law, and assess tax implications across business units and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • CPA or CPA-Lawyer qualification with a Certificate of Accreditation as a Tax Practitioner
  • At least 8 years of progressive tax experience
  • Experience with Big Four tax firms or large multinational companies
  • Experience building crop tax structures
  • Recent tax-related experience within the last twelve months
  • Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems
  • Leadership and personnel management abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
