About the Role
You will lead the integration, validation, and performance optimization of warehouse robotic systems. You will define, test, and deploy hardware, improve picking and packing throughput, investigate performance regressions, coordinate with software and AI teams, and ensure production fleet performance meets service-level agreements.

Responsibilities
- Lead system definition, testing, and deployment of next-generation robotic hardware
- Execute the robot picking and packing performance roadmap
- Use metrics to identify mechanical and software bottlenecks and improve throughput
- Collaborate with robotics software and AI vision teams on feature roadmaps
- Lead robotic warehouse programs and production deployment
- Ensure robot fleet performance meets production SLAs
- Investigate performance regressions and validate hypotheses for complex edge cases
