About the Role

You will capture and verify end-to-end system requirements and support architectures spanning perception, autonomy, and mission workflows. You will develop and maintain MBSE models, improve model-to-code tooling and automation, support systems-engineering processes, collaborate across functions, and report status and risks to leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of systems engineering or related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years with a Master’s degree, or 2 years with a PhD
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
  • Requirements writing, structuring, and verification experience
  • MBSE and system-modeling workflow experience
  • Cross-functional technical team experience
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, parts lists, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian NV1 clearance
  • Ability to access ITAR-controlled and Australian export-controlled technical data

Responsibilities

  • Capture end-to-end system requirements
  • Support system architecture design and development
  • Document, maintain, and extend architecture models using MBSE tools
  • Develop and maintain UML, SysML, and UPDM models
  • Create SysML models for decomposition, functional flows, interfaces, and behavior
  • Improve tooling, automation, and model-to-codebase connections
  • Support systems-engineering processes
  • Report status, risks, accomplishments, and expectations to leadership
