About the Role
You will analyze, document, and support scalable software solutions. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, analyze API and developer documentation, collaborate with engineering and product partners, write Jira user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and system diagrams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of systems analysis or related experience
- External API integration documentation experience
- Technical-requirements analysis experience
- Application architecture and full-stack development knowledge
- Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, AWS, Jenkins, and GitHub collaboration experience
- Datadog, Splunk, SwaggerHub, Bruno, or Insomnia experience
- Agile Scrum experience
- Technical documentation experience
- Confluence experience
Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and support scalable software solutions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements

- Write Jira user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support quarterly roadmap planning
- Create workflows and system diagrams
