About the Role
You will lead end-to-end supply-chain execution, supplier delivery performance, and program operations for networking and hardware platforms. You will align demand, materials, build plans, capacity, and delivery commitments; manage suppliers and factory ramps; mitigate constraints; and report operating metrics, risks, and recovery plans to executives.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of relevant supply chain, supplier operations, procurement, or manufacturing operations experience
- Complex hardware product experience
- Contract manufacturer, system integrator, or hardware supplier management experience
- Networking or interconnect component forecasting and delivery knowledge
- Delivery schedule and lead-time improvement experience
- Budget, inventory, delivery commitment, supplier performance, and multi-program execution experience
- Analytical and financial acumen
- Executive communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Lead operational engagement and performance management with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and system integrators
- Manage supplier allocation, material availability, factory readiness, capacity, build schedules, and delivery commitments
- Create aligned forecasts, build plans, and supplier commitments from demand signals
- Drive supply-chain readiness and factory ramps through NPI milestones
- Monitor constraints, lead times, shortages, and delivery risks and establish recovery actions
- Establish workflows for purchase orders, order tracking, inventory reconciliation, and excess inventory management
- Maintain operational plans, supplier scorecards, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts
- Improve lead times, schedule performance, fulfillment, data accuracy, and supply-chain efficiency
- Present operating metrics, financial performance, tradeoffs, and risks to executives
