About the Role

You will lead AI security strategy across the development lifecycle, establish guardrails for LLM and agentic AI adoption, and design controls for autonomous systems. You will assess AI integrations, detect unauthorized AI usage, translate emerging threats into mitigations, and contribute to external security standards and research.

Requirements

10+ years of Security Engineering experience
Hands-on exposure to AI or ML security
Knowledge of prompt injection jailbreaks data poisoning model extraction RAG manipulation and agentic risks
Experience securing agentic AI systems with sandboxing permission scoping human-in-the-loop design or runtime monitoring
Experience with AWS GCP or Azure
Experience with CI/CD container Kubernetes IAM and API security
Threat modeling experience with STRIDE MITRE ATLAS or OWASP LLM Top 10
Experience in FinTech crypto or regulated environments is a plus
Ability to influence technical direction across Engineering Product and Security
Comfort building solutions in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

Drive the AI Security technical strategy and roadmap
Design and implement controls for LLM integrated and agentic AI systems
Establish security guardrails provenance standards review requirements and audit trails
Lead security reviews and risk assessments for production AI integrations
Build and scale Shadow AI detection capabilities
Translate agentic AI risks into concrete mitigations
Contribute to industry frameworks regulatory discussions and security research
