About the Role
Lead implementation of Ripple payment solutions with enterprise customers and partners worldwide. Partner with Product and Engineering, serve as a functional and technical specialist, drive solution deployment and adoption, manage delivery lifecycles, and travel to customer and partner locations as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT/software experience.
- Experience delivering software solutions for major global organizations and industry groups.
- Ability to enable global use cases with new technologies and innovative thinking.
- Strong understanding of network principles, network design, and financial services networks.
- Institutional crypto custody experience is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of market dynamics, challenges, and technology surrounding Ripple and its customers and partners.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading customer or partner software integration engagements.
- Proactive leadership and ability to generate momentum.
- Ability to resolve technical issues at network, database, or application level.
- Hands-on software development experience, ideally writing production-grade code.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring products and features to market.
- Collect, refine, and prioritize customer requirements.
- Manage enterprise-scale customers and partners independently.
- Serve as the functional and technical specialist for customers, partners, and Ripple.
- Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions.
- Break project objectives into manageable tasks and guide internal and external resources.
- Own the delivery lifecycle from training and testing through launch support.
- Guide customers and partners toward maximum implementation benefits.
- Travel to customer and partner locations when work-related travel resumes, approximately 20–30%.
