Requirements
- Computer Science fundamentals
- Operating systems, networking, distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms
- DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservice stacks
- DevSecOps concepts, security toolchains, supply-chain security, and compliance
- AI/LLM knowledge in engineering-efficiency and CI/CD scenarios
- Java stack familiarity
- Strong product sense, ownership, and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English communication
Responsibilities
- Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform
- Onboard business systems to improve engineering efficiency and delivery quality
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD
- Introduce AI agents and LLMs for code review, pipeline self-healing, testing, and change-risk prediction
- Build DevSecOps capabilities with security scanning and security gates
- Establish standardized change management processes
- Apply Kubernetes, microservice governance, and Aliyun/AWS cloud services
