- Build core capabilities of the R&D Efficiency Platform
- Onboard business systems
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Standardize and automate delivery pipelines
- Introduce AI Agents and LLMs for code review and pipeline self-healing
- Apply AI to test orchestration and change-risk prediction
- Build DevSecOps capabilities across the software lifecycle
- Implement SAST, DAST, SCA, image scanning, and secret scanning
