About the Role
You will create PCB layouts for complex digital, analog, RF, high-speed, and power-electronics designs. You will plan stack-ups, interpret schematics and routing rules, coordinate with mechanical and manufacturing engineers, apply signal and power integrity practices, conduct design reviews, and produce manufacturing documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PCB layout for production hardware or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Create PCB layouts for digital, analog, RF, high-speed, and power-electronics designs
- Plan and manage PCB stack-ups
- Interpret schematics, routing rules, and design intent
- Ensure board integration and placement constraints
- Apply signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, impedance-control, and thermal and EMI practices
- Conduct design reviews and implement feedback
- Generate and maintain manufacturing documentation
- Ensure designs meet supplier DFM requirements
