About the Role
You will coordinate PCB and assembly builds with contract manufacturers, inspect and rework received boards, and assemble and validate hardware for vehicle installation. You will design end-of-line test fixtures, support verification and validation, manage inventory, and diagnose board- and vehicle-level issues.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of hardware development and/or test engineering experience
- 2–3 years in a formal leadership role
- Experience partnering with contract manufacturers
- Experience with lab-based hardware debugging
- Ability to improve designs and processes
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PCB and assembly manufacturing with contract manufacturers
- Inspect, rework, assemble, test, and validate embedded hardware
- Track component, board, and assembly inventory
- Diagnose and resolve board- and vehicle-level end-of-line issues
- Design module end-of-line test fixtures
- Evaluate designs under environmental and electrical conditions
