About the Role
You will investigate how abuse and risky behavior occur by analyzing logs, interviewing operational teams, and mapping user and employee journeys. You will design safer flows, permission defaults, rate limits, approval steps, and verification gates. You will influence roadmaps, define behavioral success metrics, lead root-cause reviews, and apply industry research to targeted awareness and training.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in trust and safety, security, fraud, anti-abuse, or risk-focused product work
- Technical fluency to investigate logs and data and work with engineers
- Experience reducing risky behavior through product and process design with measurable results
- Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Design roadmaps without direct ownership
Responsibilities
