About the Role

You will design and implement scalable autonomy-evaluation frameworks, performance-monitoring methods, analyses, tools, and dashboards. You will model simulation-to-road performance, partner with safety and autonomy stakeholders, and guide data-science practices through reviews and methodological leadership.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in applied data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning
• MS, PhD, or equivalent experience in a quantitative field
• Python and SQL proficiency for data analysis and prototyping
• Expertise in hypothesis testing, A/B testing, sampling methodologies, and statistical modeling
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design scalable production frameworks for autonomy evaluation
• Apply statistical methodologies to evaluation-set sampling and Operational Design Domain coverage
• Measure and monitor evaluation infrastructure performance, fidelity, and reliability
• Prototype deep-dive analyses and write production-quality evaluation code
• Build tools and dashboards for technical and executive leadership
• Develop models correlating simulation performance with real-world driving outcomes
• Guide end-to-end data science workflows through code reviews and methodological guidance
