About the Role
You will build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for multimodal robot demonstrations, from collection through curation, annotation, storage, and retraining. You will develop post-training and evaluation infrastructure, analyze failures, and design scalable data storage and retrieval systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Python proficiency
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines and ETL systems
- Large-scale dataset management experience
- Experience with SFT pipelines, reward modeling, or RL training loops
- Familiarity with PyTorch or JAX
- Ability to work in-office 5 days per week
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain multimodal data collection pipelines for teleoperation and UMI hardware
- Build annotation tooling and data-curation workflows
- Develop post-SFT reinforcement learning infrastructure and retraining feedback loops
- Build evaluation and test infrastructure for on-robot policy rollouts
- Define data schemas, episode formats, and pipeline interfaces
- Architect scalable storage and retrieval systems for heterogeneous robot data
