About the Role

You will act as the product owner in an Agile Scrum framework and be accountable for successful delivery of software solutions. You will lead the development of EW Data Exchange, work with customers to gather and document requirements, and manage the product backlog. You will write user stories and acceptance criteria, run backlog refinement, sprint planning and sprint review meetings, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and external stakeholders and communicate requirements and stakeholder input to CTO, architects, designers, and developers. You will prepare status reports, deliver presentations, and conduct demonstrations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. You will organize and structure team work, remain flexible to changing priorities, and apply Agile best practices in enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product owner or solution owner
  • Experience with Agile software development in enterprise environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with mid-level and senior stakeholders
  • Professional level English language skills
  • Located in Australia or a concurrent timezone or able to work those hours
