About the Role
You will architect, build, and scale backend services, infrastructure, and data systems for crypto, web3, and wallet products. You will deliver rigorous technical solutions, improve performance and reliability, lead complex projects, collaborate across functions, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of experience building low-latency, large-scale distributed systems for crypto domains
- Proficiency in Go or Python
- Experience building and operating high-scale distributed systems across the software lifecycle
- Production debugging skills
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives
