About the Role
You will own technical strategy for developer-platform tooling while remaining hands-on. You will build and operate systems that improve code delivery, define trust standards for changes, create agents for repetitive engineering work, work with partner teams to solve workflow friction, and use adoption data to prioritize improvements.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating large-scale backend services or distributed systems
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript
- Experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
- Experience leading complex cross-team technical projects
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy and roadmap for your area
- Design, build, and operate developer tools
- Define and implement tooling for trusted code changes
- Build agents that diagnose failures, fix tests, and run migrations
- Embed with partner teams to identify and validate solutions
- Measure developer experience and adoption
- Improve shared systems and build new tools as priorities change
