About the Role

You will build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems for wallet products. You will design scalable architectures, develop secure trading features for cryptocurrencies and tokenized stocks, improve system performance, collaborate with engineering and product partners, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience
Backend development with Go, Python, or Java
Cloud-native architecture knowledge
System design
Data modeling
Software engineering fundamentals
Ability to simplify complex problems and make sound tradeoffs
Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams
Experience delivering high-quality end-to-end products
Experience with DeFi protocols, crypto wallets, or blockchain-related companies
Familiarity with EVM blockchains and smart contracts

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services
Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements
Improve system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
Collaborate with client teams, product managers, designers, and external vendors
Mentor engineers
Lead design reviews and architecture discussions
