About the Role
Build and own backend services, infrastructure, and data systems for wallet products, including secure cryptocurrency and tokenized-stock trading solutions, scalable architectures, technical integrations, and engineering mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Backend development with Go, Python, or Java
- Cloud-native architecture expertise
- Strong system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
- Ability to simplify complex problems, make sound tradeoffs, and drive cross-functional alignment
- Track record of delivering high-quality end-to-end products
- Strong personal accountability and technical leadership
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services
- Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements
- Improve system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
- Collaborate with client teams, product managers, designers, and vendors
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and architecture discussions
