About the Role
You will design, build, test, and operate production capabilities across infrastructure, databases, services, APIs, models, workflows, and user interfaces. You will research emerging solutions, prototype validated ideas, participate throughout the development lifecycle, use AI engineering tools, collaborate across disciplines, review code, share knowledge, and support production delivery.
Requirements
- Ability to design, build, test, and operate production services
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience building production services, distributed systems, or shared platform capabilities
- Experience designing APIs, RESTful services, integration contracts, and data models
- Experience turning ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity management
- Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, token exchange, policy systems, delegated administration, or identity data modeling experience preferred
- Experience with AI agent identity or non-human identity preferred
- Familiarity with MCP and agent integration concepts preferred
- Experience with distributed systems at scale preferred
- Experience contributing to technical designs and proof-of-concept work preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver identity and access management capabilities across the platform
- Design and implement APIs, models, workflows, orchestration surfaces, and services
- Research and prototype solutions in emerging areas
- Turn validated ideas into production features
- Collaborate with product, user experience, and engineering stakeholders
- Participate in design, coding, testing, rollout, and production support
- Use AI engineering tools for research, prototyping, implementation, and documentation
- Communicate technical decisions clearly
- Support engineers through design discussions and code reviews
