About the Role
You will build a knowledge platform that structures connects and exposes technical documentation. You will design AWS serverless ingestion pipelines define graph schemas and ontologies write optimized graph queries and create retrieval APIs. You will validate content quality manage infrastructure as code and collaborate with technical and cloud stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep production experience with Python
- Experience with AWS Step Functions and AWS Lambda
- Experience with Neo4j and Cypher
- Experience designing and evolving data ontologies
- Experience building content ingestion or ETL pipelines
- Experience converting unstructured content into graph databases
- Experience designing performant APIs for complex retrieval
- Knowledge of GraphRAG patterns or vector embedding integration
- Experience with Pulumi infrastructure as code
- Understanding of Amazon EKS or Kubernetes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Implement the knowledge platform
- Design and orchestrate AWS serverless ingestion pipelines
- Ingest documentation from headless CMS and Git repositories
- Define graph schemas ontologies and metadata models
- Write optimized idempotent graph queries
- Build performant retrieval APIs
- Implement documentation quality controls and validation
- Review code and mentor engineers
