About the Role
You will lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, design and develop technology solutions, test and debug code, evaluate technical challenges, resolve issues, collaborate with stakeholders, lead projects, and mentor less experienced staff. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms, OpenShift Kubernetes, ReactJS or Angular, HTML, and CSS.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience with multi-model LLM strategies
- Understanding of model risk, explainability, and validation
- Exposure to Kafka, cloud-native patterns, and DevSecOps
- Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead
- Experience with GenAI developer tools such as Copilot or Devin
- Experience in the mortgage domain
- Knowledge of document processing, decision automation, or workflow optimization
