About the Role
You will join the UI team for a 10-week summer internship and work with Traders, Quants, and Software Engineers to design, build, test, and maintain real-time web trading applications. You will develop with React, TypeScript, and Python, write unit and integration tests, evaluate technologies, participate in Agile/Scrum development, and shadow application support.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- Graduating by August 2028
- Major GPA of 3.5 or above
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
- Understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with Linux and command-line shells
- Understanding of unit testing concepts and frameworks such as pytest, Jest, or Storybook
- Familiarity with Git
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently
