About the Role

You will develop scalable full-stack software across the full software lifecycle. You will design client and server architecture, build responsive applications, manage databases, write APIs, establish tests and security settings, contribute to machine learning and NLP solutions, document software, and lead developers.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant full-stack software experience
• 3 to 5 years of team lead experience
• 3 or more years of people management experience
• Knowledge of React JS, React Native, Java back end, and AWS
• Experience across mobile and desktop technology domains
• 5 or more years of industry experience in payments or financial markets
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or blockchain projects
• Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, Angular, and React
• Knowledge of back-end languages including Kotlin, C#, Java, and Python
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Familiarity with Solidity smart contracts or other smart contract virtual machines
• Cloud-native architecture and API or microservices experience
• Communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Ideate software solutions with technical leads, development teams, and product managers
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build front-end applications
• Develop and manage databases and applications
• Establish data acquisition and retention policies
• Design machine learning and natural language processing approaches
• Write APIs
• Build test frameworks
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
