Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure roadmap for secure, reliable, and scalable systems
- Lead security architecture, reliability, production-readiness, code, and technical planning reviews
- Design security controls, reliability patterns, compliance mechanisms, and infrastructure guardrails
- Develop tools and automation for cloud security, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Develop observability systems for detection, monitoring, alerting, and remediation
- Improve incident response processes, on-call practices, runbooks, postmortems, and severity frameworks
- Mentor engineers on secure design, reliability, and production engineering practices
