About the Role

Build and enhance customer-facing features for an AI-powered sales platform, owning key features end to end from architecture through deployment and support. Create intuitive, high-performance interfaces, conduct code reviews, document work, partner with product and design, improve engineering practices, and monitor system and product health.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Work from the New York City office at least 3 days per week
• Proficiency in TypeScript frameworks
• Experience with Node.js and REST API design
• Experience with mobile and/or web performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance customer-facing features, especially frontend experiences
• Own end-to-end development of key features from architecture through deployment and support
• Craft intuitive, performant user interfaces for AI insights
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices
• Partner with product and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions
• Evolve development practices and tooling to support sustainable scaling
• Own system and product health and make data-driven decisions
