About the Role
You will own the design and delivery of polished, accessible, performant, production-grade user experiences. You will build frontend features in React and TypeScript, set frontend technical direction, mentor engineers, review code, and use AI-assisted development tools. You will also contribute to Go backend services and APIs as needed, collaborate with stakeholders, help shape roadmaps, and maintain user-facing technical documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with deep frontend specialization
- Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
- UX, performance, and accessibility expertise
- Fluency with AI and agentic coding tools such as Claude
- Experience setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions
- Experience shipping high-quality production-grade frontend systems at scale
- Working proficiency in Go or ability to become productive quickly
- Ability to prioritize autonomously against business needs
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own polished, accessible, performant, production-ready user-facing features in React and TypeScript
- Set frontend technical direction and quality standards
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews

- Build and extend Go backend services and APIs as needed
