About the Role
You will own frontend workflows for call health, LLM observability, reporting, and analytics. You will deliver production React, TypeScript, and Tailwind work, integrate with APIs, improve performance, accessibility, and usability, and establish reusable design-system and Storybook patterns for real-time interfaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser APIs, backend services, and APIs
- Web performance and accessibility knowledge, including Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse
- Experience with component, visual, and end-to-end testing
- Experience with Storybook and design systems
- Production experience with agentic coding tools and Tailwind CSS
Responsibilities
- Build and improve frontend workflows for call health, observability, reporting, and analytics
- Deliver production React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS features
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs
