About the Role
You will build and scale developer infrastructure that supports large-scale engineering workflows. You will manage Bazel monorepo builds and remote build execution while scaling CI pipelines for speed safety and reliability. You will improve onboarding and maintain remote development environments so developers can code test and deploy with minimal friction.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure CI/CD pipelines or large-scale build systems
- Proficiency writing clean maintainable code in Go or Python
- Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Focus on developer productivity onboarding and engineering workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel
- Own the remote build execution cluster
- Scale CI pipelines for thousands of daily builds
- Manage GitHub repository configurations and pre-merge checks
- Improve developer onboarding and reduce time to first commit
- Provide and maintain remote development environments
