About the Role
You will join small feature teams as a full-stack engineer to deliver solutions to real problems that reach users in days, not months. You will work closely with colleagues in product to understand design and use your initiative and technical skills to implement solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency with TypeScript or JavaScript backend frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
- Ability to write performant and efficient backend code.
- Experience building RESTful interfaces and designing APIs.
- Experience working in a multi-person development team using automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, peer reviews, and Agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performing, flexible, and scalable solutions.
- Build products and features that help users understand investments, manage portfolios, and participate in voting rights of assets.
- Build APIs for partners to access and place orders on the platform.
- Take loosely defined problems through to technically sound, documented, tested, and implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers across the company.
- Advocate best coding practices.
- Mentor engineers and support their growth.
