About the Role
You will discover and solve architectural problems, set technical standards, mentor engineers, and own complex features from concept through production. You will build resilient web, mobile, and service-layer functionality, use AI tooling, establish safe release practices, and maintain reliability, performance, security, and observability.
Requirements
- 7 to 8 years of production software engineering experience
- End-to-end ownership of a complex high-traffic production system

Responsibilities
- Identify architectural gaps and deliver durable solutions
- Set technical direction, architectural standards, and engineering practices
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and share technical context
- Own complex features from scoping through production
- Collaborate with product managers and designers on feature delivery
- Build web, mobile, and service-layer functionality using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and backend services
- Use and champion AI tooling for software development workflows
- Implement progressive delivery with LaunchDarkly feature flags
- Build CI/CD pipelines and production observability
- Maintain production reliability, performance, and security
