About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems for AI-driven products. You will improve production reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency. You will write tested code, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and build secure, highly available enterprise services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience building and operating backend, distributed, or cloud-native systems in production
- Proficiency in Go and Python
- Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
- Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search and indexing technologies
- Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability
