About the Role
You will own the Android growth surface area in World App, focusing on user incentives while contributing to onboarding, notifications, and growth modalities. You will ship and measure experiments, instrument analytics, improve the Android codebase, resolve reliability issues, and collaborate with product, backend, design, economics, data, and operations.
Requirements
- Strong Android development experience in Kotlin
- Track record of shipping user-facing features in a production app
- Growth engineering mindset with experience using metrics and funnels
- Experience delivering features end-to-end from requirements through release and monitoring
- Experience with analytics instrumentation, A/B testing, or feature flag systems on Android
- Ability to communicate with non-engineering stakeholders

- Own Android growth surfaces in World App
- Ship growth features and experiments

- Improve the Android codebase for experimentation velocity
- Debug and resolve growth flow issues
