About the Role
You will design, implement, and maintain backend systems that provide a complete and correct record of account activity. You will build scalable and stable services, deliver high-visibility features from design through deployment, debug and prevent issues, and collaborate with finance, operations, product, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on systems at scale
- Strong coding skills preferably in Go
- Experience with IDLs such as protobuf
- Experience with RPC frameworks such as gRPC
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience in financial services or accounting
- Experience with distributed systems or databases
- Experience with event-driven systems and messaging brokers such as Redpanda
- Experience working remotely
- Experience working at a startup
