About the Role
You will design and build an AI platform for security teams. You will create platform services, APIs, libraries, and SDKs; build secure distributed systems; develop guardrails for AI agents; partner across engineering and security; and improve platform reliability, performance, developer experience, and security through automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years building large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with authentication, authorization, identity, or encryption
- Experience building AI platforms, AI infrastructure, or production AI systems
- Go or Python
- AWS, Kubernetes, gRPC, or Kafka
- Security fundamentals
- API, library, SDK, or developer-tooling development
- Production debugging
- Technical architecture

- Design and build a scalable AI platform for security teams
- Build platform services, APIs, libraries, and SDKs
- Design systems with identity, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data-protection controls
- Build and operate reliable large-scale distributed systems
- Develop platform capabilities and guardrails for AI agents
- Translate cross-functional needs into reusable platform capabilities
- Improve performance, developer experience, reliability, and security through automation
- Shape the platform's technical direction and architecture
