About the Role
You will build end-to-end AI product experiences, including React interfaces and Python services. You will contribute to agent architecture, work with UX and research partners, deploy and support products, communicate priorities, and mentor less-senior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent relevant experience
- Web development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Python engineering skills
- Proficiency with React
- Experience shipping user-facing products
- Interaction design experience
- Experience building and operating production agentic products
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, memory management, agent workflows, and external tool integrations
- Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop React user experiences and Python backend services
- Contribute to agent architecture
- Own the software development lifecycle through operational support
- Align priorities across engineering, product, and research teams
- Mentor less-senior engineers
