About the Role

You will design, develop and maintain the talent-assessment tooling platform and recruitment features. You will work with global recruitment teams to improve scalability, reliability, and usability. You will write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and use frontend technologies to improve user interfaces and experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full-stack development experience
  • Server-side development with C# .NET or Python
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
  • Problem-solving
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain the assessment-tooling platform and recruitment features
  • Collaborate with global recruitment teams to keep the platform scalable, reliable and user-friendly
  • Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Use React or Angular to improve user interfaces and experiences
