About the Role
You will build and operate APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, runtime services, observability, and evaluation systems for AI agents. You will develop production agents, improve onboarding and documentation, work with customers, and translate recurring needs into platform features.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience across web services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud tooling
- Experience shipping external products and owning them in production
- API design knowledge
- Documentation writing skills
- Fluency with modern AI tools
- Knowledge of LLMs and agent architectures
- Technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve platform APIs
- Build observability for logs, traces, metrics, and failure reporting
- Build evaluation tooling for agent quality and regressions
- Build and operate identity, authorization, orchestration, deployment, event routing, and registry services
- Build and operate production agents
- Turn recurring customer patterns into platform features
- Own developer onboarding, quickstarts, SDKs, CLI tooling, examples, documentation, and local development workflows
- Work with customers to understand and address platform needs
